You just spent quite a few bucks on your wedding photos, so why let them live on your phone/computer? I always say that printing your photos is its final form - turning your memories into a meaningful, tangible item that you can feel, hold and display oh so proudly. Picture this: when your friends and family come over for a visit, how would you rather share your photos? Have everyone gather around your computer screen and click through your gallery? Or present them with a beautifully handmade, fine art album that they can flip through with their own hands? You’ve spent the time to plan the perfect day and have it documented, you’ve already come this far, might as well go all the way.
SO HOW DO WE MAKE IT HAPPEN?
HOW IT WORKS
01. Let’s set up an in-person meeting to go over album options, answer questions and any album or image requests of yours.
02. A PDF with all the album options will be sent to you for reference. Once you’ve decided on what you’d like for your album, fill out my questionnaire form to place your order.
03. I’ll get started on selecting the images and designing the first draft of your album. Once it’s done, it will be sent to you via online proofing to provide feedback or changes directly on the proof. I’ll make your requested changes and send it back to you for review.
04. We repeat step 03 one more time(for a total of 2 revisions) until I receive your stamp of approval before I send it to print.
05. I always have the album(s) shipped to me first for quality control before I personally deliver them to you!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AN ALBUM?
I would love to give an exact timeline of when your album will be completed, but it is all dependent on how quickly I receive feedback for the designs. The sooner I get your revision comments, the sooner I can make changes and have your album sent to print!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN SENT TO PRINT?
Production takes approximately 20 business days, and shipping takes about 3-5 business days. I have them shipped to me first so I can check them over before personally delivering them to you. Each album is made and bound by hand at a Canadian Lab so it takes some time but the quality is so worth the wait!
DO I CHOOSE WHICH PHOTOS GO IN THE ALBUM?
I suggest having me choose the photos that go into your album to make it easier for you. You’d be surprised at how hard it is to choose only 100 of your favourite photos! This way, I can help you narrow it down and provide you with my expertise on which would look best in an album. You’ll still get a say in how your final album will look via online proofing of the designs, so you will have a chance to swap out some photos.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FINE ART ALBUMS OFFERED THROUGH MY PIC-TIME GALLERY?
The Fine Art Albums offered through the print shop on your gallery have different specs than the Heirloom albums: they include half the amount of pages (20 instead of 40) there are less cover options and they do not lay flat. The Fine Art Albums are a cost-friendly alternative as it takes me out of the equation completely designing, ordering and basically doing all the work for you, so instead, you would be doing the photo selection and design of the album yourself.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND HOW DO WE PAY?
Upon submitting your order through my questionnaire form, I will send a confirmation email with an invoice attached for your album order. Fifty percent of the total balance will be due then. The remaining fifty percent will be due once your album(s) have been sent to print at the lab. I accept e-transfer, cheque or cash.
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
Snail mail is fun but I know you’re probably excited to receive your album(s)!
The rush fee is $175 and your album will be complete in 7 business days.
