(I’m the one in the white top)

 Who I am:

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, I’m your perfect banana friend (white on the inside, yellow on the outside). You think you can out-drink me in bubble tea? Think again. You like having good conversation over a delicious meal? Perfect, let’s be friends. That is if you don’t mind my overly organized nature, that I quote F.R.I.E.N.D.S on the daily, and need you to ask for the bill at a restaurant because I’m too scared to. But other than that, if you’re a kind person who wants to make the most out of life, we’ll get along just fine.

What I believe in:

My passion lies with using photography to help me experience more of the things that matter the most: the relationships & connections we make throughout our lives. Often times, moments are missed because they are fleeting, and we don't always pay enough attention to what's happening around us. This is the reason behind why I do what I do. My goal is to not only capture the big events on the most important day of your life, but to also capture all the candid moments happening in between them (sometimes those are the best ones!) I am dedicated to creating beautiful images that are filled with emotion and meaning, no matter what the occasion may be. I wholeheartedly believe in my craft because I believe in people, and I believe in our relationships. When it comes down to it, that's what really matters.  The images I produce are only as real and one of a kind as you make it, so live it up, soak it in and I'll be right there along side of you.

With the ability to own my own business, I am very fortunate to be able to decide how and where I want to distribute my earnings. I feel as though I am always advocating for issues I care deeply about, but haven’t put anything into action. It’s time to put my money where my mouth is - for every wedding that I book for 2020, I will be donating 1% of the total package to 3 causes I am very passionate about: Planned Parenthood to provide safe reproductive healthcare and trusted sex education globally, The Trevor Project to provide crisis and suicide intervention services to LGBTQ+ youths, and Canadian Women’s Foundation to help fund programs across Canada, to address prevention of gender-based violence, women’s economic development, and girls’ empowerment (includes people who identify as women, girls, trans, gender-queer, and gender non-binary.)

You will get to decide which non-profit organization you would like me to donate to and I will send a confirmation receipt once the donation has been made so that you know the proceeds are going to a good place.
